From April 3-4, the Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and Law and the William P. Clements Jr. Center for History, Strategy & Statecraft hosted a public conference exploring the legal, policy, and technological environments in which the NSA operations.
The Clements Center is seeking applications for its Undergraduate Fellows Programs. The due date has been extended to Tuesday, April 22nd!
It is with heavy hearts that we learned the news that Ambassador Robert S. Strauss has passed away. William Inboden, Clements Center Executive Director and Distinguished Scholar at the Strauss Center, said: "With the death of Ambassador Strauss, we have lost a great Longhorn, a great Texan, and a great American."
The German Marshall Fund of the United States launched the Emerging Powers Policy Forum in 2013 in which the Clements Center's Executive Director William Inboden took part and authored a chapter titled "Global Security Challenges Confronting Established and Emerging Powers."
