Alden Ducazau is a junior International Relations and Global Studies major from San Diego, California. Her passion for foreign policy and desire to serve her nation developed from growing up in a military family. Alden’s particular interests include the relationship between the US military and the Intelligence Community, Counterterrorism, and the effects of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict on the diplomatic and political environment of the Middle East. She is also studying French and spent her sophomore studying abroad at Sciences Po in Paris, France. Upon return to UT, Alden looks forward to interning at Susan G. Komen Austin, growing academically and professionally as a Clements Center Fellow, as well as volunteering for Caring for Camo (a student organization serving our deployed troops). Post graduation, Alden aspires to pursue a career in the US defense or intelligence sector.
