This workshop is hosted by Nathan Bumagny, Clay Katsky, and Taryn Woody.

Nathan Bumagny is a second year Master of Global Policy Studies candidate at the LBJ School of Public Affairs. He earned degrees in International Relations and Arabic at the University of Texas before studying in Morocco as a Boren Scholar. After graduating in May 2020, Nathan hopes to use his experience as a National Guardsman and education in a role impacting national security and foreign policy.

Clay Katsky is a PhD candidate in the History Department studying U.S. foreign policy. He focuses on the Cold War, Congress, and the CIA. Before coming to UT, he received his Master in History from George Washington University.

Taryn Woody is a first year Master of Public Affairs student at the LBJ school. She is a participating in the DC program and will complete half of her degree in Austin and the second half In Washington D.C. Taryn completed her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University in 2018.
